Fazit

If you really want a mouse that can integrate with your other Chroma-enabled peripherals, the Abyssus Essential isn’t necessarily bad. However, there are plenty of cheaper mice on the market – with a full complement of buttons – that also have better sensors, making the Abyssus Essential a very tough sell.

...They may not have the Razer edge (sorry) in terms of software support, but Synapse 3 is mostly wasted on a mouse that’s so hampered hardware wise. I’m a fan of many Razer mice, but sadly the only thing that's essential here is steering clear.
