If you're looking for a $200-range touchscreen camera for casual snapshots, you really can't go wrong with the Fujifilm FinePix Z800EXR. Its incredibly fast autofocus and myriad playback options, coupled with its very intuitive and easy-to-use touchscreen make it a near-perfect choice as a touchscreen camera for tight budgets. While it's not as sexy as the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX9, it's way more affordable, and it's definitely worth the price.

The Fujifilm FinePix Z800EXR offers a great touchscreen interface, fast autofocus, and excellent image stabilization. Battery life, video quality, and image sharpness are weak spots.

The Fujifilm FinePix Z800EXR is a mixed bag. On the one hand, we were smittened by its good looks and slim profile. But, photos taken in low-light conditions didn't go down well with us. That said, at S$449, this point-and-shoot is one of the more affordable touchscreen models you can find on the market.
The FinePix Z800EXR is a compact that's suitable for users seeking a feature-rich point-and-shoot, who aren't too bothered with low-light photo quality.

If you're looking for visual wow-factor, the Z800EXR's rear screen has it in spades. It's 89mm (3.5 inches) in size, boasts a better-than-average 460k-dot resolution and stretches the entire width of the camera's back plate. Turn the camera on its end and the virtual buttons also flip 90 degrees, so you're never inconvenienced.
The Fujifilm FinePix Z800EXR camera is basically a pared-down version of the pricier F300EXR, with the same sensor, a slimmer body, more modest 5x zoom range and impressive 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen.
