Die Zielgruppe sind vor allem Heimanwender, die einen portablen Ersatz für ihren Desktop-PC suchen. Das Asus K72F-TY016V ist trotz deutlicher Mankos beim Bildschirm ein Notebook, dem man seine Schnäppchen-Qualität nicht absprechen kann. Wer einen ausreichend großen Ersatz für den Schreibtisch-PC sucht und nicht viel ausgeben möchte, kann durchaus zugreifen. Spiele-Ambitionen wird das Asus K72F-TY016V allerdings keinesfalls gerecht.

Eines direkt vorweg – Im Grunde ist das Asus- K72F-TY016V solide verarbeitet und kann mit einer hohen Wertigkeit punkten. Die Kritikpunkte liegen im Bereich des Displaydeckels und der Tastatur. Aber der Reihe nach...

It's not the most exciting laptop around, but the Asus K72F offers a large screen and good performance at a low-ish price.

Der Preis ist der Ausstattung durchaus angemessen, allerdings gilt es zu betonen, dass es in diesem Bereich stärkere Maschinen gibt. Das größte Manko des Modells liegt beim spiegelnden, kontrastschwachen Display – ein Graus beim Heimvideo-Betrieb oder Gaming.
