The Iconia Tab 7 doesn't have an impressive spec sheet but it's nice to see some aluminium on display and for the price, it seems to be a reasonable option for a 7in tablet - if you want to make phone calls on a 7in device. Check back for a full review soon.

Das Acer ist das ideale Multimedia Tablet, es spielt alle möglichen Videoformate selbst in Full HD nativ ab. Der Preis, der dafür zu zahlen ist, ist tastächlich heiß.
Das A700 gefällt mit seinem hochauflösenden Display, zeigt im Detail aber einige störende Mängel.

The Acer Iconia Tab A700 is a competent tablet that shows off what Android can do well, but in some key respects it feels like a test run at a top-end tablet rather than the real deal. Its screen is impressive in most respect, but the design and the poor cameras make it feel like it doesn't quite belong at the top of the tree where it has set up shop.

Should owners of the Iconia Tab A510 upgrade to this new version? We think not. But for anyone looking for a Full HD tablet with decent enough performances and a relatively stable OS, the Iconia Tab A700 could be a good option. The screen is certainly convincing and readability is very nice. On the whole, it's not as effective as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF700, but it's the only other Full HD Android tablet currently on the market. All in all, it just manages to scrape its way to a four-star review.

Because of these things, the 10.1 inch device was actually a canditate for producing a really good score in our review - but in reallity this was not quite the case....
