  Fazit: "LCD TVs might be getting better and better every year, but the Panasonic P50ST50 shows that plasma isn't resting on its laurels either. In fact, if you're remotely into movies, its wonderfully contrast-rich, finely detailed and gorgeously nuanced pictures are simply unbeatable at the £1,200/$1,400 price level.This will be reason enough in itself for many people to buy a Panasonic P50ST50, but if you add to the equation its fine multimedia tools and increasingly comprehensive online services, it starts to look nigh on irresistible. "

  No home networking or Freesat HD tuner, lacks ultimate hi-def detail, no 3D glasses included
  Fazit: "A good TV for 2D, but the lack of included glasses and lack of HD detail means it's not perfect. But overall, this is a likeable screen that gets our seal of approval."

"Panasonic’s latest round of plasma innovations have ensured that so far, all the 2011 3D plasma TVs we’ve seen to date from the brand have been at worst excellent, at best sensational. However, they’ve also tended to be a touch more expensive than rival sets from the likes of Samsung."

  Fazit: "Aside from lacking some multimedia features and a little 3D finesse, the P46ST30 is very much a chip off the old Panasonic 3D plasma block. Which is, of course, a very good thing - especially when it comes to being able to watch 3D with little evidence of 3D’s crosstalk noise problem."
