Make no bones about it, Intel has leapfrogged the competition with the Intel 750.
Lediglich eine Schwäche konnten wir im Testverlauf entdecken und das ist der langsame Windows Bootvorgang – sowohl bei Windows 7, als auch bei Windows 8.1 und beim neusten Windows 10 Pro (Windows 10 Bootzeit ca. 16 Sekunden).

Intel’s latest SSDs are undoubtedly the fastest consumer drives available, and pricing is reasonably competitive for the performance they provide. Most users simply won’t need the performance upgrade, but for those who want the ultimate in performance – with an eye on the future of computer storage – the Intel SSD 750 is a great option.

Because of the relatively tame performance in some tests and the lack of NVMe support in legacy PCs, we can recommend the 750 series only for the high-end crowd, and then with the caveat that you might get as much dash for less cash with a RAID 0 setup. ...
